Coach Headley has coached and taught at Lavaca Public Schools since 1997. He currently is the Athletic director, Head football coach and Head baseball coach. He also teaches health at the high school. In previous years, Coach Headley has also coached track, volleyball, softball and been assistant girls basketball coach.

 Coach Headley is a graduate of Lavaca High School (1992). He graduated from Arkansas Tech University with a BS in Health/PE in 1997.

He married Dasha Headley in August of 1995. She is also a graduate of Lavaca High School and serves as the media specialist for Lavaca Elementary School. Coach Headley has two children Hayden, who is married to Katie(Harrison) and Hope, who is married to Michael Lloyd. He has one grandson Luke Lloyd. 

Coach Headley loves Lavaca and the community and is Proud to be a part of the Golden Arrow family!

Coach Franklin has coached and taught within the Social Studies department at Lavaca since 2013. He currently teaches Civics, Economics, National Government, and Psychology. Coach Franklin is the senior class advisor and a member of the leadership team. He was previously an assistant girls basketball coach (2013 - 2014), and track coach (2015 - 2017). Currently, he is the Head Jr High and Assistant Senior High football coach, as well as Assistant Baseball.  

Coach Franklin is a graduate of Lavaca High School (2005). He continued his education at the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith where he earned a BA in History with Social Studies Teacher Licensure.

Coach Stovall started coaching in Lavaca in 2021, where he serves as offensive coordinator for the football team, coaches track, and teaches ALE Social Studies at the High School.  Prior to being employed in Lavaca he was the offensive coordinator and head track coach at Waldron Public Schools for 6 years.  

Coach Stovall is a graduate of Greenwood High School (2009).  He graduated from Arkansas Tech University with a BS in Health/PE in 2013, and from Arkansas State University with a Masters in Education Leadership in 2018.  

He married Hannah Stovall in August of 2013, and has three children: Eden, Gideon, and Micah.

Coach H. Headley started coaching for the Lavaca Golden Arrows in 2023. Prior to coaching, he served in the role of maintenance and transportation at Lavaca School District. Coach H will be an assistant coach in football and baseball along with teaching Language Arts in the High School. 

Coach H graduated from Lavaca High School in 2015. He graduated from Arkansas Tech University with a BS in Agricultural Business (2019). Coach H is continuing his education at Southern Arkansas University for a Master’s in Teaching. 

Coach H is married to his wife Katie. Coach H and his wife are excited to be Golden Arrows!
